Gustavo Miranda is a business intelligence developer in kids’ mental health. He has worked in the Children’s Mental Health sector in Ontario for over 10 years as a program evaluator and in decision support, and currently as a BI developer. During that time, he has modeled and analyzed results from child psychometric measures such as the BCFPI, CAFAS, and ASEBA as well as HR, performance, health, and client satisfaction data, and combinations thereof.

Giorgi Dzidziguri is a PhD and a founder and director of Human Resources Management Direction at Jobia LLC. He’s going to tell us a little bit about contemporary applications of psychometrics in job matchmaking, which is what Jobia does. Just a bit more about Giorgi before I let him speak.  He’s the former head and professor of the Georgian Technical University Quality Assurance Service. He’s the head of Human Resource Management at the public service bureau, a Georgian Public Broadcaster in the office of the parliament. A director of the Georgian European Policy and Legal Advice Center. He’s been involved in more than 60 projects in the field of human resource management and 27 grant projects in Georgia and the Kyrgyz Republic. He’s certified in human resources management tools in the European and UK companies.

Carole O’Neil is a partner and HR Director at Cundall, an engineering company in the area of Newcastle, England. For those of you who know me, I’m an engineer myself so it’s kind of double whammy for me out of interest, interacting with an engineering company and talking about HR psychometric assessments.

Patrick Rhein has been providing high-impact training and coaching for organizations internationally in both the private and public sectors for the past 20 years. His areas of expertise are management and leadership training, sales, business development, emotional and positive intelligence, executive coaching, mentoring, relationship organizational team, coaching, communication, stress and anxiety management – a whole lot of stuff. He’s also a certified emotional intelligence instructor and qualified coaching training institute coach.

Lucky Anand is a Senior HR Professional. She has headed HR organizational development and training divisions in various small, mid, and large-scale organizations. She’s handled human resource outsourcing for startups. She has extensive experience of more than 22 years in HR, assessment centers, organizational development, talent acquisition, training, and psychometrics. She is an author, a trainer, and a speaker by passion. So, kindred to me. She’s the founder of PlanMyTrainings.com. She is the Director of Salahkaar Consultants, Director of Xcelanta Services, and she is also a founder of the WHD Forum Foundation. She’s also serving as President at Chalk and Duster Toastmasters Club.

Dr. Robert Laurie is the director of WMA Wellness Inc. He’s very interesting fellow. We were just talking about assessments earlier and all sorts of really interesting subjects that surround the validity of tests, the rigor in science and assessments as a type of science.

Andrew Scott is a tech entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience leading organizational change and business transformation programs throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He has extensive experience across a broad range of industries. It’s given him a diverse view of good workforce practices and has allowed him to establish unique fit-for-purpose solutions to drive cross-industry innovation.

Dr. Marli Jooste is a professional psychology practitioner and personal growth activist. She’s amazing. I just told her a story about an article I happen to discover on the internet that she wrote, no planning at all. She’s everywhere. I really like her. I am really looking forward to speaking with her. She’ll tell you more about her just for context.

Dr. Ellen Julian made a career out of evaluating tests and has a doctorate that is related to that and more.
She has directed the testing programs for the Medical College [Admission Test] Administrations or what we commonly call the MCAT, and also ultrasound certifications.
