Brent Holland is the founder and CEO of Intelliante. He’s worked in the talent assessment and selection industry for 25 years. So, a well seasoned veteran. Mari Anne is a former senior executive at State Street bank and former adjunct faculty at Bentley and Suffolk Universities, a guest lecturer at Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University, Northeastern University, Emerson College, Bryant University, Boston College, Providence College, and the University of Tampa.

Mackie Makitla is the director, founder and CEO of Phelekeza. He has extensive experience in the HR solution space with a main focus on Psychometrics Competency Assessments and Talent Development. He has built over the years an expansive knowledge and overview of the current state of assessment application in corporate, State Owned Entities and government sectors. Mackie founded Phelekeza 6 years ago as an HR consultancy focusing on people development that he runs with a competent team of young professionals.

Jennifer Quinn has been in the learning and development space since 1994. So, quite a long time, lots of experience. She started as a casino training officer for Sun International, teaching dealers the skills they needed for their work and has climbed the corporate ladder with that company until around 1999. Since then, Jennifer has been exploring and implementing solutions in the e-learning space and also was in the first Y2K-challenge-faced by industry. I remember that. For years, she has been pivotal in demystifying the South African qualifications frameworks in line with the SETA regulations from legacy to new QCTO qualifications, participating in the design of national qualifications for the country, and then assisting with the development of customized content and assessment tools.
